Q. Will the cities of Albuquerque and Rio Rancho accept these impact fee credits?
A. Yes. These excess credits were issued by the respective cities and will be honored by the municipalities.
Q. Is this less expensive than buying from the cities?
A. Yes. We have permission to sell the credits at a discounted rate.
Q. How much of a discount can I expect?
A. There is not a set rate. Every transaction will be handled on an individual basis and the final cost will be determined by several factors.
Q. Is this offer available for anyone?
A. The credits are available to residential and commercial builders and developers of all sizes. We reserve the right to refuse business to anyone who may not meet criteria set internally by Curb Communities and it's affiliated companies.

A. No. Each municipality has different impact fee requirements and criteria. These credits will fulfill some or most of your requirements but not likely all of them.
